Aqua Hospitality is a hotel chain in Hawaii that had been our partner for several years. After a complete redesign of their main website, it was clear that our previous merchandising pages would no longer be useful. Since Aqua’s website was such a different design from our merchandising page it would cause a jarring user experience for users and could instill a sense that the site was untrustworthy and that they were redirected to a new and dangerous site. After the merchandising page was redesigned to match Aqua’s main site, bookings of vacation packages did increase.
