Hawaiian Airlines is the largest partner of Orbitz Partner Network that utilizes the Neat platform at around 58 million dollars in gross bookings a year. While we provide 20 standard merchandising pages for their main website, we also provide merchandising pages for email campaigns that Hawaiian Air runs every two weeks. These merchandising pages tend to highlight specific hotel properties or chains that provide special discounts or extra loyalty HawaiianMiles.
In a multi-phased approach I have begun retrofitting their current design to be responsive. The first phase was to incorporate a responsive design for the merchandising pages used in their email campaigns. Given a majority of people check their emails on their phones this was a logical first step to help improve conversion. The responsive merchandising page was implemented early fall 2015 and data on conversion rates are still being gathered. Our next step, projected to be completed early 2016, will be to convert their standard 20 merchandising pages to be responsive.
